Nike Air Jordan 5 Retro Bel Air Fire Red

Air Jordan V "Fire Red" - Release DateOne of the confirmed Air Jordan V original colorway re-issues is the “Fire Red” colorway, best remembered for the bold red hue dominating the midsole of the shoes and more recently on the feet of the ousted Rick Ross. A leaked catalog shot from back in December revealed that the 2013 version would not feature the embroidered “23″ logo on the heel (something like what we’ve mocked up above) that was seen in both the original and 2006 Retro release, but who knows what may have changed during the production process? In any case, a confirmed release date of August 31st is now set, so let us know if these AJVs are a must-have for you amidst the recent unveilings of other big-ticket releases dropping around the same time.Air Jordan VWhite/Fire Red-Black136027-12008/31/13$160Info via sc

Jordan Evolution ’85 – White – Varsity Red – StealthOne of the featured Air Jordan models during the 2011 NBA All-Star Game was the Jordan Evolution ’85, seen on the feet of Jordan Brand athlete Joe Johnson. The Evolution ’85 is unlike any other Air Jordan shoe, as it combines a forefoot stability strap with a lightwight mesh sockliner for a supreme lock-down fit. The light elephant print applique on the heelguard adds just the right touch of nostalgia to this advanced design, and of course, classic Nike Air provides the never-fail cushioning to this great design. This new White/Varsity Red-Stealth colorway is set for March 2011 release, but they’re available now at Nikestore. More detailed images await you so take a look and let us know what you think.Style: 429493-101Color:  White/Varsity Red-Stealth
