2010 Future Sole Design Competition Begins TodayDo you have what it takes? Austin Jermacans had his Melo M6 design come out on top in the competition, only to have it produced and worn by the Syracuse Orangemen during the NCAA Tournament and by Carmelo Anthony during the regular season and 2010 NBA Playoffs. The Jordan Brand Future Sole Design contest officially begins today, May 1st, but with a twist; instead of designing a sneaker, the assignment is to design a Jordan T-Shirt. UNC Air Jordan 1 AJKODo you notice anything different about the Air Jordan 1 AJKO this time around? The tooling is actually a little bit different, as the model now uses a kit on bottom borrowed from the Nike Vandal. From what we can tell that approach is actually a lot more OG leaning than previous retro runs which have aligned the bottoms close to those found on the Air Jordan 1 proper.
